A golden blond Jesus with blue-green eyes is shared as one of the people met by a young boy who visits heaven during a near death experience. ‘Heaven is for Real’ could be fictionalized, but having such a young person affirm this as reality will hopefully open up others hearts and minds to a deeper tale told.
The story I’m talking about is an epic that begins with book 1 in The Chronicles of Heaven’s War: Sisters of the Bloodwind. This book was originally written under the book title The Chronicles of Heaven’s War: When General’s Cry, and it was originally published in 2003 with the most recent edition being published in eBook format in 2011. My hope is that the increase in belief of the realities of heaven as portrayed in the movie ‘Heaven is for Real’ will cause people to search for more.
For me this interest started long ago, but the drive to really contemplate God and the heavens came with personal experiences added to with stories told by author Ava D. Dohn. And that interest added to my conversations with customers while working at Walmart in Hornell, NY . Before becoming a door greeter I’d been a floor associate, electronics associate, and cashier. My interactions as a door greeter were done to motivate and inspired other people to grow and gain a desire to know more.
Not only that I think it inspired movies like ‘Heaven is for Real.’ One of the reasons for this belief is because my love based actions and conversations which caused others to desire to share with the world as I was trying to do. Experiences during those times at the door specifically lead to the words I’ve shared and am continuing to share about this movie.
Jesus with golden hair is a description talked about in a previous post and beyond that ideas for the film were discussed. Other posts share some details of those talks. But things went further once interest was developed and devised. In fact that man that had conversed with me about Jesus and the golden hair came back in later and asked about Jesus’ eyes.
Well at that time I hadn’t read Sisters of the Bloodwind recently, so I commented, “Blue, no green, blue, oh I can’t remember. One has blue eyes, one has green eyes.”
He took those words, and imitating my combination of words said, “Blue-green, I like that.”
“Green-blue. No you’re right blue-green sounds better.”
He stepped back and away a bit and said, “So blue green it is,” and with a turn he walked away as I waved and said goodbye.
But more happened, and that’s why I started this spiel about the movie ‘Heaven is for Real.’
