2. About 2020 Presidential Debate Possible Future Rules & Possibilities

With the Political Debates the Moderators Share the Rules…

…I’m not sure if candidates are made aware of those earlier OR not.

The rules and more with debates and writing are done to assist people to have the ability to share as well as to get the time others do to share in these situations and with these events. Debates are generally prepared to bring out various opinions on confrontational OR even conflicting opinions & ideas pertinent with matters. This allows the various issues to be brought forth that may be hiding in the background of other aspects with issues & events.

For instance the, official, results of the first debate between Trump & Biden were based on the debate styles as well as how the candidates acted in front of the audience.

There are contentions about who won the debate, but I’m also wondering if Trump was suffering fever and possibly other ‘cold OR virus’ symptoms. When I am high in temperature, having a sore throat, having aching lungs, and not feeling good there is less patience that I display because of  my body suffering stress & other abnormal physical issues.

College Debate Differences to the Political Debates

While in college the debate plans were put forward months before the debates began.

  • The issues were topics of interest with life in society.
  • The rules were added when the debate assignments were handed out,
  • we had weeks to prepare and
  • to practice these with the team works.

The debate styles were expected to be kept, as part of the grade for the class, for the Presidential & VP debates

  • the people are trying to get info as well as learn more about their candidates.
  • The debate results will be determined with the election results as long as individuals that vote remotely also make sure their votes were taken accurately, AND
  • if the boxes aren’t stuffed with false voting.

Rules for U.S. Political Debates

The rules for the U.S. political debates are really loose, they are mostly time rules AND let the other candidate speak aspects. This also means that the moderators type of questions do NOT have to be specifically answered, but it also means this isn’t a free for all conversation.

Presidential Debate Rules

At times these are located after the debates, but so far I’ve not found the rules listed OR shared for the public for the next Presidential debate which is only 7 days away.

Are hard to find…it must make it difficult for the candidates also if those aren’t shared beforehand. Microphone cutoffs are being considered for future presidential debates, and the VP debates are likely to enforce those actions.

Who is and how this should be handled is a different issue and will be influenced by how the ‘rules’ are established. For instance if it’s a timed debate, will there be microphone time stoppers pre-programmed which means the moderator can’t shift things? Will there be a pre-time ending button the debaters can click to allow the moderator & other debater speaking time?

But it’s definitly under consideration, because the rules of the debate were broken repeatedly.

Like my college debate which was a team process there are debate processes and styles dependent on the types of debating and locations with those. The issues that come into political debates may be considered with these rules, but the rules are what the moderators state…Timing rules.

Conclusion

As you can see there are multiple aspects that are considered with debates, but for the political debates the people, the audience, the third party are who the debates are for and are about. This setup and change of debate styling may mean that moderators will get more control AND that will mean less ‘for the people’ and more ‘about the system’ actions taking place.

I write long stuff, so having a way to separate and distinguish info without taking a lot of page space is generally my goal with writing using bullet points as well as numbers. Because numbers often have a prioritization OR a 1 through whatever aspect, I find that when the points are not being prioritized bullets are preferable to keep them distinct and notable in reading.

FREE Stuff… Hah, Hah!

This example is my experience with most FREE stuff, it’s not as good, it’s more hassle, and it’s likely to be a much higher cost in time, energy, and effort even if it’s not a greater cost in money initially.

If you go to a fair OR a carnival and get a FREE waffle, what do you get? A 1″x1″ bite size piece, if you go into a store and get a FREE sample what do you get, “a micro sized amount of the option”. FREE healthcare is not likely to be as good as what you’ve already had. For me AHC is worse than I had before the new U.S. health care came into practice. AND now there are promises of FREE college education…Hah, Hah… our education system has depreciated so much that the first whole year of college is just educating people like they used to be in high school, so that they can catch up & get a college education.

God has given us the trees, the fields, the streams, and more BUT we don’t just open up our mouths and get the value of those unless it’s air. We need to harvest, cultivate, find the food, we need to hunt, farm, fish for the meat, we need to work to get what is already given. While it’s FREE it still takes effort, energy, and work to have. The stink of the modern system is that we have healthcare promises & education promises for FREE, but I can’t expect anything much…

Look at medicare retirement benefits. Individuals have worked their whole lives and the costs and coverage varies, the values and costs also vary, and these were worked for THE ARE NOT FREE! If no one goes out to get the fruits and veggies than their are none available for others to have… there is nothing that’s just given by modern society that will be FREE.

Debates Factors

The rules & more with debates & writing are done to assist people to have the ability to share as well as to get the time others do to share in these situations & with these events. I have read info about debates, plus has spent A LITTLE time debating, there were issues with the debates that were partially moderator faults AND partially candidate faults. This could be because all the candidates fell into the ‘it’s allowed, why don’t I’ failure.

Debates are generally prepared to bring out various opinions on important issues & matters. This isn’t a way to discuss things courteously, because it allows the various issues to be brought forth that may be hiding in the background of other aspects with issues & events. In addition it’s done to find out different aspects and opinions about issues. While I was in college there were debates on issues that had YES & NO variables, but the Presidential debates and the VP debate didn’t seem as cut and dried.

Results of the 1st Trump & Biden Debate of 2020

The results of the first debate between Trump & Biden were based on the debate styles as well as how the candidates acted in front of the audience. This is where I wish there was a debate style that was easier to follow, I got super upset and turned the channel to a non-debate share.

There are contentions about who won the debate, but I’m also wondering if Trump was suffering fever and possibly other ‘cold/ virus’ symptoms. When I am high in temperature, having a sore throat, having aching lungs, and also with high sugar there is less of a calm attitude and my actions aren’t as easy as normal because of  body suffering stress and issues.

My ONE Debate During College

There are different types of rules and patterns with different styles of debates. I only had one debate in college and it was one topic that she chose to support that she debated on with her team. There are various rules that were part of the team debate that weren’t part of the presidential OR vice presidential debates because those were multiple topic debates with single debaters. The classical debate, as shared by H.W. Wilson’s 1957 book, is a team debate this means the rules with Presidential and VP debates aren’t normalized.

Below are some links to debates types & rules variations, but Ten Simple Rules for Debating, by Nullus Maximus Posted on April 21, 2016 has given me a way to show how the Presidential & VP debating was performed badly. Any of the info under the heading below that’s in [square brackets] has been added by me, the links are all to the post with the title shared above.

Practical Debate Guidelines

[Debates are expressions of opinion and facts that are based on evidence as well as emotion. BUT the candidates that are parts of the debate should work to remember that they are sharing for others to learn, to find out, to know about, not for their opinions to be loved, but for their opinions to be shared with facts & perspectives that the 3rd parties can relate to & understand. These actions help others to look beyond their emotions to the aspects of issues & perspectives that can influence their participation towards the OR with the aspects under discussion.]

Ten Simple Rules for Debating, by Nullus Maximus Posted on April 21, 2016 with my comments added [in square brackets] about the 2020 debates actions and her opinions of those debate procedures:

A significant amount of my recent work has been written in response to arguments made by other libertarian thinkers. As such, the time is ripe for a guide to how this is best done. This article will take the reader through the process of an exchange of ideas from start to finish, and explain my ten simple rules for debating. Those who follow these rules are guaranteed to become more successful debaters, as well as less stressed and overworked.

  1. Pick your battles. While a person of little renown may have enough time to engage with whomever one pleases at whatever length one desires, people who have less time to spend engaging in debates must choose which opponents to engage and which to ignore, as well as how long to engage each opponent. It is best to have a consistent rubric for this, which will be discussed further in rules 2 and 9.

[For every moderator question multiple topic areas are brought up, notes can be taken, and answers to those topics can be shifted, BUT the audience is the focus of this sharing and the reason info is shared.]

2. Engage only those worthy of being engaged. Some people are capable of maintaining a rational discourse, while other people cannot seem to communicate without resorting to personal attacks, profanity, threats, and other such uncivil behavior.

[Taking issue with the personal insults is stupid, for the debating unless the attack is a focus of the issues, it’s better to bring the issues to the fore & keep those as focus for the answers. The more time Trump says “and you Mr. Biden OR Biden says, “and you President Trump” are seconds being wasted in contending things that may not be worthy of commenting on.]

Some people have interesting and novel insights, while other people insist upon bringing up points which have been refuted a thousand times.

[Previously refuted issues and more can be prepared for, with info links, like the Presidential website OR Biden’s site with facts that can be mentioned as check the facts info, with the facts summarized if they are pertinent for the topics. Care is needed to not make the debates boring though.]

Some people are experts in the fields of which they speak, while other people do not stick to their lasts. Some people make the effort to properly support an argument, while other people Gish gallop. A person’s behavior in this regard is a strong indicator of whether that person is worthy of one’s attention.

[The debate facts and comments should be based on what is pertinent with the issues and the results of those issues. For instance when it comes to climate control, which Harris & Pence discussed, there is the issue of the California Wildfires partially built because of the lack of forest management. In addition there are issues raised with how Biden plans to raise taxes & cut Trump tax cuts supported by Harris, Senator of CA. A State that’s the most in debt for the whole nation.]

Note that other debaters will judge you by a similar standard, so be the kind of person that someone else would be willing to debate.

[This is Trump’s last time going for President, Biden is also likely to suffer such severe Alzheimer’s that he won’t be debating as a presidential candidate again. But the candidates are ALL planning to work as representatives for the U.S. in the coming 4 years, so who are they going to be for us the people of the nation? So this isn’t an issue of the other future debaters, this is an issue about how the American people will percieve their candidates with the upcoming elections.]

3. Do your research. If you know a topic in great detail, you will be more able to counter any argument your opponent may make.

An uninformed debater is an incompetent debater.

An unprepared debater is a sloppy debater.

Also, make sure that the sources you study are reliable.

[Accurately quoted information, like “210,000 Corona Deaths” with the Corona death reports being faked with flu, pneumonia, bronchitis, & other deaths being added to the Corona death reports as shared by Senator Harris on 10/7/20 are ‘presently determined’ as facts, may be contention issues that aren’t a value to contend with a debate.]

If the opponent is competent, a misinformed debater will be an embarrassed debater.

[Argumentative debaters often have little fact to back up their shares, they can win if they bring up issues that cause arguments that actually don’t discuss issues that they are ignorant of OR have no info about, but smart debaters who have no facts are also likely to prepare to be contentious enough to cause arguments and side track the opponent debaters.]

4. Do not [speak] to convince the opponent; [SPEAK] TO CONVINCE A THIRD PARTY. In many cases, a person worthy of being engaged will be firmly entrenched in a position, and it may even be against the nature of the format for your opponent to come over to your side. Focus instead on convincing the audience, whether they be people watching a live debate or reading a correspondence. This methodology is stated explicitly in some debate formats, but it is sound strategy regardless.

[At times debates can utilize visuals also, but this is dependent on the debate rules and more. With any debate that gets read like Presidential Debate transcripts may be, there’s a need to remember that many will read some of the info, so what info is shared that’s worth reading? If there were visuals for the presidential debates OR other debates there is also a need to make sure the visuals aren’t time wasters NOR are they hard to understand, AND they should also be verifiable for the audiences.

For my one college debate, in 2013, about the put into law ACA, U.S. healthcare law, which I was against, I used the photo image of the new healthcare law mass from Senator McConnell’s office & Steve Hayward, of Obamacare regs, which is now removed from this link & then the 11,000 info with the line by Rhapsodie based on an approximate mass versus the  real size of the U.S. Constitution.

The team used some images, but like good shares we controlled those, AND we also took the time to prepare specified shares so the focus was on what we talked about not the visuals which were only backup supporting what we were talking about.

Also, UNLIKE the presidential debates my debate was done with a team against another team supporting the opposite of the issue.

This meant that we had a lot of time for a single topic, we also had this as part of our class, which meant how we followed the debate rules impacted the grade results with our debating, so there wasn’t the over speak allowed unless we wanted to reduce our grades.]

5. Base your arguments upon logic (logos), not emotion (pathos) or authority (ethos). A debate is properly won by using reason and evidence to demonstrate that one’s position is superior to that of one’s opponent.

Detouring into appeals to emotion can help one connect with the audience or provoke an opponent into a misstep, BUT this does NOT advance one’s case in a rigorous manner [unless it’s driving into the point of the topic being discussed OR the issues working to be shared].

Appealing to the authority of oneself or someone else can dissuade a weak opponent or convince a less intelligent audience, but attempting this against a strong opponent in front of a knowledgeable audience is a recipe for disaster.

[For example with my college debate, with the team against the national healthcare, I could have used information of my own life, BUT as a team member my focus was on an aspect of the topic NOT all the aspects of the topic. With the topic I worked to share the aspect of this issue that were likely more relatable by others. The legal aspects which was part of my debate is a lot smaller than the multiple issues the Presidential Debates are contending.]

6. Relentlessly attack logical fallacies and weak arguments. It is important to [figure] out every shortcoming that you can find in your opponent’s case. Doing so will make you more skilled in identifying logical fallacies & weak arguments, [pointing these out]… means that opponents will be less able to get away with sloppy reasoning in future debates. [This will also support your arguments more.]

Do not worry about being pedantic; your job is to find all weaknesses in your opponent’s case & illuminate them to make your case appear stronger by comparison. [But you need to take care that the contentions aren’t boring the audience. The topic focus & issues that are contended can be multitudinous, that’s why note taking is so important. That’s also why taking the time to find the focuses, practice the issues debating with various types of personal opponents who aren’t on stage contenders, plus also possibly also summarizing additional info that’s not focus, can assist in leading the sharing.

Instead of just saying,  “You are wrong about…” OR wasting time in contentious words, taking the time to make sure to share “the facts about…” then sharing those, can reduce time waste as well as make more points supporting your sharing.]

7. Focus on the task at hand. A debate can easily go off track, especially if the subject matter is wide, deep, or both. Avoid making arguments that neither support your case nor attack your opponent’s case. Only go into the weeds if your opponent takes you there [and staying there is a necessity]; the person who begins the foray into many different minutiae is usually running out of solid logic and evidence.

[The task of the debate is harder to focus on if an individual is so involved in it OR so emotional about it, but it’s also a reason they should be more prepared to support their sharing well for others who aren’t as involved OR impacted with the issues.

If a person is mowing their lawn and trimming their hedge that’s the focus, if they go to the field because there’s a pretty flower OR a dead tree to take care of, the lawn work isn’t getting done and the field work is off topic at this time. The pretty flower OR the dead tree can be ‘works’ planned OR done later…BUT they will take time from the present task. If George takes Mary to the field to discuss the tree, they are both not on the lawn…It may be good if Mary can say to George, “That’s not the focus now, here’s what’s being discussed…”, BUT at times the issue is so important it should be discussed. Like if the dead tree threatened the yard walk.]

8. Destroy arguments, not people. Be respectful of your [audience, so] at least be as respectful of your opponent as he or she is of you[, or be as respectful of them as you would the audience]. Resorting to personal attacks (or escalating them if they are already in use) is a refuge of a person with weak arguments, and it will make people less willing to consider your case on its merits. Remember, your job is to defeat your opponent’s arguments, not his or her character.

[A debater that falls to the attacking actions of their opponent actually fails in their debating. An issue with the candidate debates is that the candidates are suffering personal attacks because of personal stands and personal issues. These Presidential debates should be about the Presidential position BUT attacks on Trump through the last years are continuing with the debates.]

9. Know when to quit.

There comes a point in every debate at which further discussion has diminishing returns or even becomes completely pointless. It is important to learn to identify that point and stop there.

Sometimes this will be clear; an opponent may even announce that a particular round will be his or her closing argument. If this happens, respond with a closing argument of your own and be finished; do not repeatedly pummel the opponent after he or she has left the debate.

This may also be the case in a timed or response-limited debate, in which case one should abide by the rules of the format.

[This should be considered more with the future Presidential debates, because many people are only getting media otherwise, so the facts that are shared about the issues for Americans are super pertinent to share & discuss.]

In other cases, it will be a matter of personal judgment to decide to walk away from a debate.

[A really difficult issue with the Presidential debates is the bias of the moderators, which means they are driving towards points and issues that they hold and want answers to. This is difficult because:

        1. They have their own political opinions [they would have to be dead not to have an opinion].
        2. There are multiple sides to every question & how it’s presented;

These topics have been so complicated the issues can’t be shown as headers for viewers to know what the queries were, this also likely means the candidates aren’t given a clear enough query to debate.

The topics have so much preceding info, that they influence the question and what it is. While some info is useful, the opinions expressed by the moderators take the info out of debate and into discussion.

For BAD examples are non-debate queries NOT debate queries which have sides:

What are your opinions on how the opposition has handled Corona Virus’ issues?

What has your party done against Corona Virus?

What do you say about how the protests are being handled in Chicago?

What are the issues with the facts about Corona Virus as are being reported?]

Instead debate queries which have sides, should have ways that the sides can each be distinguished, these were some of the 2013 debate issues that were discussed in my Business Ethics class at Alfred State College under Professor Damrath:

Does the Obama Health Care System benefit the Americans?

Should Recreational Drugs be Legalized

Should illegal aliens be granted amnesty

Is Employer Monitoring Email Justified

Plus others

The debates with unclear queries, issues that are only parts of the debates that have been avoided by the moderators. The topics should educate and inform the audiences, while the actions of the debaters can also educate and inform the audiences those can also cause audience members to act like I did.

I was so upset with the early part of the first presidential debate she shifted the channel. Because of making notes with the VP debate and because of wanting to learn about Harris, I continued through the debate. At least taking the time to type out notes kept me from getting too upset about the lack of info that was really shared.]

10. Handle both defeat and victory appropriately. No one likes a sore loser or a bad winner.

If you lose a debate, reflect on how and why you lost. Then, take the necessary steps to avoid losing in the same manner in a future debate. This may involve more study of the debate topic, [especially if it’s one that will arise again,] reviewing logical fallacies, or even changing one’s position on an issue.

If you win, do not gloat or boast. Accept victory graciously, then check your discourse for arguments that could have been stronger or presented more effectively.]

My Conclusion

Each presidential & VP debate is a chance to show the American people who their candidates are AND how they respond to conflicting opinions & plans. I’m concerned about this election because I fear democrats will stuff the polls with false votes. So, with the VP debate,

I’m glad Pence didn’t answer the hand over question, if President Trump steps down because there are stuffed votes it would mean liars will be in office and we will all be dropped into the shit. If Trump steps down because there are factual votes, then our people have made their choice for Biden. If Biden/Harris contend the votes for Trump/Pence, then I’ll be happy the election processes were done mostly correctly.

I’m glad to learn that Harris is a Senator from California, it gives me more research ability & info about her.

#1- About Bible Readers Reading Enjoyment Being Enhanced

I’ve read the Bible, most of my reading has been done with the New World Translation, of 1984 with footnotes and cross references. BUT I also have looked into the King James Version, NIV (New International Version), and others over time. For me the reading of the Bible has developed as I’ve grown over time, but just today I received my first copy of a Bible that was ordered chronologically.

Because of buying it on eBay I originally posted a review just based on what I found from looking through that book. BUT my original complaint wasn’t posted… I’m so glad because after reading through the facts I later learned some of the problems of that book were added into my commenting as praises which were inaccuracies. Now the correct comments are shared because of taking a little more time to assess the accuracy of that version of the Bible.

What Chronological Bible?

The 2013 Bible, is actually a great book… It’s the One Year Chronological Bible and it has many reading values.

It’s not too small OR too large.

General Book Style To Read

It is a really nice read, the paragraph & spacing style of the printed pages allow readers to associate the material with any other books that aren’t Bibles OR college material of the 2 column type. The material format and print size, between 10 & 12 font, mean that it’s easier to read than the smaller print Bibles.

The author’s have taken the time to work on this book as is seen with how the material is compiled and shared.

Ordered Timewise Chronologically by Events

It’s great that the Bible was reordered from the canonical style, ordered from Genesis to Revelation classically by books that have chapters and verses.  There is a reference to the canonical ways of the Bible at the end of this version. It includes references to this chronological style with page numbers listed near the canonical/ classical references that are shared with this Bible.

In addition with the chronological information it adds the timeframes for readers of when the events happen through the reading. As you can see in the slightly tilted image below:

Reading this Bible

This chronological Bible has the sections separated into 365 days of reading starting with January 1st, but NO ONE HAS to read the Bible that slowly OR at those times OR even in that order. But this writing by Tyndale has shared for us a way to read through most of the Bible with a lot more insight into the historical nature of the scriptures. It’s styled based on Biblical events as they happened, as I put onto the cover with my noting, but not with how OR when they written.

 

This should make for a great time-a-logical writing, but there is more readers can do for reading accuracy.

Time-A-Logical Reading

I appreciate that they compiled the material with aspects like the timeline of events with Judah and Israel that includes the writer’s lives over those times. The writing time references they used, the additional historical notes and details that are added as references, plus footnotes that allow readers to find more info about the scriptures as they read. The yearly timeline shared doesn’t need to be used at all for great reading through this book. BUT as you can see I need a readers way to get to sections of those timelines, so the addition of flags and tags was made for me on my addition.

Can be Used with Classical/ Canonical Bible’s Also

While it’s not ordered canonically it does have the scripture chapters, versus listed with the reading, so an individual can pull out the classical canonical format and compare OR even read those scriptures if they find the chronological style not as useful with times and works being done.

For instance if I was at a meeting and someone told me to open up Jeremiah 12:3 it would be easier to do that with a canonical Bible. I could still do that with this Bible by going to the Canonical Scripture Index at the end of the Bible to find what pages had that scripture. BUT it would be a lot faster in some situations just using the classic styling Bible’s for some uses, but I really really like this style for reading and understanding the scriptural story better.

Faults of This Bible

Faults with Reading this book are that the events are chronologically ordered by the events that happen not the time of the writing about the events. They tried to order the writer’s words by how they relate to when they were written, but there are reasons that I don’t agree with those orders. For book, story, and Bible readers there are ways to get more value out of the material as well as more understanding, at least from non-fictional materials.

That is a factor that readers’ can use to find MORE value from with the reading!

Enhanced Bible Reading Enjoyment for US ALL!!!

The Bible is a book covering a couple of thousands of years of history. For all of us with the multiple writers it means that the chronological telling can have many various forms that we can find and enjoy. I’m looking at buying versions that include archeological facts and details, different aspects of story sharing variables also. BUT it’s important for all scholarly readers to take the time to do more than just read a book, so that they can learn more than just how one telling of a story shares the words of the story.

Writers & Events Impact the Tales

For all books, like the Bible writers and events impact the details of what is told and how those details are shared.

For example the series of books, the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John about Jesus’ on earth were all recorded at different times and for different readers. There are different timelines of story that impact the connections with readers. So for my reading I’ll use a chronological telling at this time, with using understanding of the writings that may differ from others.

This, One Year, Bible has

  • MARK’s writing from about 55 to 65AD,
  • LUKE’s from 60AD,
  • MATTHEW’s from 60 to 65AD,
  • JOHN’s from 85 to 90AD…

The New World Translation timeline is different

  • MATTHEW’s writing completed in 41AD,
  • LUKE’s writing completed between 56 and 58AD,
  • MARK’s 60 to 65AD, and finally
  • JOHN’s ending at about 98AD.

This means reading understanding can differ based on opinions of when & why things were written.

I’m not going to historically tell you details of this info, but it’s useful to consider the various writing times as well as the different writer’s reasons for writing to the readers they were sharing with because of how this varies what they share, how they share it, it can also influence considerations of what was written when and how. In addition who the writer’s were & are influences the stories that they tell and how they tell them. Let me simplify this a bit with a modern example.

A- Simplified fictional modern example

If I were to witness a car accident, and Bill was we both are seeing things from our own views. If Melinda was in the accident and George also saw it from another perspective there are 4 views of the exact same event. All of us could have witnessed various aspects of the accident and that can mean that we tell the story of the accident with different details and views of what was seen.

  • If Melinda’s car had just come out of the shop being repaired.
  • If George saw a lug nut bouncing down the road., if
  • I had seen the tire hit hit the curb, while on the car, and
  • if Bill had thought he saw the driver driving weird

each of the perspectives are telling parts of the story. There’s more to the story based on what was happening when we were telling things and why we were telling things also.

So no story has a single way of being shared. For this means that the gospels also have alternate details and perspectives from both the writers and with the readers that can influence how the stories were shared and how the readers get those.

Additional Gospels in Perspectives

Let’s consider this from the version of story times I think is more accurate.

  • MATTHEW’s writing completed in 41AD,
  • LUKE’s writing completed between 56 and 58AD,
  • MARK’s 60 to 65AD, and finally
  • JOHN’s ending at about 98AD.

Matthew

MATTHEW as a Jew and a tax collector, was a person that kept accounts of things, which likely also means he took notes of stuff over time, and his accounts were some of the first in writing mainly because he was sharing with Jews the stories he had gathered with time. The Jews who came into contact with disciples of Jesus, those who were impacted by events with his death, those who witnessed his resurrection and many more likely had questions. Because he was writing within 10 years of Jesus’ death it’s assumed that a lot of his info could have been a compilation of his notes from events, but also this means those details could have been referenced by the other gospel writers.

Luke and Mark wrote their scriptural accounts about 15 to 20 years after Matthew.

Luke

It’s supposed that LUKE was writing material in a detailed manner that is often attributed to how as a physician he would be noting details of types related to physical aspects and results. Luke’s notice of physical aspects of people, the healing, and the details of those events can explain why he didn’t comment as much on the reactions of the crowds in many events. The aspects of this being shared by him 15 years after Matthew’s account also mean that the additional points and details are not only backing up Matthew’s account they are also reinforcing aspects of the story as well as adding details to what was shared.

Mark’s account came about 5 years later.

Mark

The account of MARK began to be shared in Rome. “According to ancient tradition, Mark’s gospel was first made public in Rome.” (Aid to Bible Understanding, p. 1114, 1971). Mark likely spoke primarily with early Christians, partially because of his age with events from Jesus’ life, and because of how he related with the Christian church/ congregational/ organizational developments. Mark could have been “the young young man who escaped, partially naked, when Jesus was captured.” (Aid to Bible Understanding, p. 1113; 1971). I assume from this that it’s likely he was a teenager, who got out of home, at night, went to the garden to spy on the events he caught ear of previously. Likely an uninvited guest of the events.

“Ancient tradition indicates that Peter provided the basic information for Mark’s Gospel..Although Mark appears to have written primarily for the Romans, this record does contain [info] from the Hebrew scriptures.” (Aid to Bible Understanding, p. 1113; 1114, 1971). This is also likely to tell us that Mark’s words were written to people who grew up hearing of Jesus, but those who hadn’t witnessed much in accord with the events of Jesus being alive.

That shouldn’t be a surprise if this Mark’s “Hebrew name was John”. (Aid to Bible Understanding, p. 1111, 1971). This also means that Mark was a Jew by birth. The people were distinct religiously in many ways…but the story was the same in many respects. Differences were from how people lived and what they believed as readers would have had an impact on how things were written in many ways.

John

The writings of John are totally distinct because what he wrote was after living times with the early Christians being killed and hurt from beliefs about the Christ and times they were living in. In addition John had witnessed the events of visions and more that caused him to write Revelation which means there is a lot of detail in his account of Jesus’ life that could have meant very little when being witnessed that may have had a lot of impact later after seeing, hearing, and witnessing things that had happened from beyond those events.

For instance John had likely spent a little time reading the events of Saul (Paul) who saw Jesus/Michael. In addition the details of John often had bits and parts that were missed by those living around Jesus and other gospel writers. These writings while from different people, written in different ways, aren’t written to be any more than what we read, but they are so much more.

B- Modern Example Detailed Some More

What if with our modern example more could be found from getting perspectives of the viewers of those events?

What if that car accident had more to show us?

“All of us could have witnessed various aspects of the accident and that can mean that we tell the story of the accident with different details and views of what was seen.” This also means we could tell of different aspects that pertain to the exact same event.

  • If Melinda’s car had just come out of the shop being repaired.

What if the shop had a new person, a kid, who had forgotten to bolt the tires onto the rims correctly? What if the shop owner hadn’t been in the shop, so the kid made the mistake of saying the car was ready to go without having made sure all the work details were finished accurately? So Melinda was driving down the road with a car that wasn’t working right?

  • If George saw a lug nut bouncing down the road.

George could have been seeing part of the incident before anything else that was major was witnessed by any other viewers. BUT Melinda was likely to have been trying to handle things as they were happening.

  • I had seen the tire hit hit the curb, while on the car.

Melinda had been working to get the car stopped safely, before the tire wobbled off the car. I didn’t know that, I could have assumed that she was drunk. The car is the proof of what has happened with this incident.

  • if Bill had thought he saw the driver driving weird.

Bill could have also thought that Melinda was driving drunkenly, but he could have seen more because he has more knowledge of cars and driving than I do.

CONCLUSION

“Each of the perspectives are telling parts of the story,” but there’s so much more that we have to be readers/ viewers using faith as well as knowledge to look beyond the surface of what is shared to find more in the events as they are shared.

This post is #1, I’m not sure if I’m going to add any more OR not, but I do have plans to get other Bible’s with other chronological ordering in addition to that I hope these Bible’s let me gain more insight into the events of the Bible that I will share…so for now enjoy your reading.

Business Continuation Steps… PLUS

Businesses can fail because of not taking the time to do more than focus on setting the business up and get products prepared with the business. The business continuation steps are focusing on continuation with the business while the steps to make the business succeed are being worked on. Here is Rhapsodie’s list of business steps, I do not have all the information, but I’m sure that it’s some more than many businesses add into processes:

  • Prepare the business properly,
    • Legal work;
    • Financial work;
    • Product development work generally called R&D (Research & Development);
    • Marketing work;
    • Communications work;

  • Act correctly over time with development & actions in business,
    • People work;
    • Legal work;

  • Keep the business with actions & developments overtime with,

All of this work with business takes time, energy, effort, constant update, constant development, and constant consideration over the development of the business into a business AND through the business as a business. If the factors are learned in business that’s okay, but if processes and procedures aren’t worked on with the business then FAILURE is the most likely option being prepared with the business.

The business can only continue with actions that assist it to resist failure. Reasons with this were found in my examination of a product commented on at Home Advisor.

Business Failure Can Be Worked on to be Avoided

As my previous post shared, there are products that are of use in siding a home, reasons for failures and successes go beyond the product itself. This came from reading Sandi’s comment about Liquid Siding, notice that she mentions that she could not locate the manufacturer 10 years after the application. The problems with application could have been reduced if the business had taken steps to cut the problems AS WELL AS having worked to improve it’s processes with the product:

Do not use on wood siding!! [Rhapsodie does not agree with this, but because of the results, it can be that the area Sandi lived in also impacted these results. Plus the way her structure was built and when the material was applied.]

We had liquid siding put on about 10 years ago and have had a problem with wood rot on the T111 [called T one eleven] for the past 5 years [likely the T111 was damp in application of the liquid siding this wasn’t the fault of the wood OR the material, it was a fault in the application.]

We will have to completely reside a 4,000 sq ft house. Cannot find the manufacture.

How this comment influences Rhapsodie’s Words about Business

Rhapsodie’s Words based on reading that information are based on application considerations that would be part of the various business steps mentioned above including:

  • People work;
  • Legal work;
  • Financial work;
  • Product development work;
  • Marketing work;
  • Sales work;
  • Communications work;

For instance with the product development work while the business could have merchandised great & their product could have been great, but that doesn’t mean their product appliers OR processes were good. If plans were made to integrate product development with the research time for testing and trials, part of this problem situation could have been reduced for Sandi before she even bought the product.

This product development work could have involved:

  • Product uses with tests in applications;
  • Product uses over times with applications; and
  • Product developments with the tests of uses in the products over time.

This work adds cost to the business before anything is shared with the public, but also while things are being shared with the public. Processes and procedures with legal and financial planning and actions with the business can impact development BUT in addition to that can influence procedures and actions beyond that.

The work with processes and procedures can impact how the finances are used AND how the steps in processes and procedures impact legal costs & values with the business. BUT more than that the

  • People work;
  • Product development work;
  • Marketing work;
  • Sales work; and
  • Communications work.

Can all be integrated into product & process development both before client uses and with client uses.

How many individuals like Sandi could have appreciated working with the business in product development if they were give ‘cost reduction’ options for product uses with tests and trials in use of their home. And with the communications processes prepared for the comments & ‘problems’ & ‘value’ uses with the products in application; uses; the results.

For example if Sandi’s home of T111 was covered by this material when the T111 was ‘damp’ because the wood was bought brand new, then it could mean anyone doing the application on ‘new wood’ could have problems also. In addition to that because DAMP WOOD is often found with new products, the aging processes and procedures with wood could impact the application time frames with this new Liquid Siding application.

Liquid siding from my reading is a form of material like vinyl siding, but being that it’s painted, it seals any product problems, like moisture in wood, beneath the plastic. And what happens when your kids OR you have sweaty wet wear put in plastic bags that are left that way over time. The stinky clothes can rot in the bags if they aren’t cleaned & dried before being put into plastic OR storage again.

Some Business Application Material Considerations

For the business the T111 material could have been new, damp, and needed to be dried before the Liquid Siding was applied.

  • But did it practice communication and processes with the customers it had with problems like that?
  • Did it prepare application tests and processes that could have reduced those problems?
  • Shouldn’t it have prepared for appliers that used the product incorrectly with it’s legal and communication procedures before it suffered the problems from ‘idiots’ in business that do not follow the manufacturer application processes?
  • Shouldn’t it have taken the time to make sure the products were sold with a little more cost for the customers, so that the prices would assist them to continue to care for the users after they had ‘problems’ resulting from bad uses and applications?
  • Were the applicators hired by the business?
    • How did the business prepare & train people doing applications with it’s products?
    • What contracts did the business prepare for applicators working with it’s business?
    • What times & process actions were part of the business application procedures that the contractors were to work with for the business?
  • If applicator’s weren’t hired were the business, were there information guides prepared so other contractors would have application guidance by the business to use?
    • Were there product warranty contracts & actions prepared to handle legal situations resulting from unapproved applicators using the business products inaccurately?

More will always come

A business is always growing. No business will have no additional costs after it’s up and running, which means there will always be additional costs beyond normal business costs when a business is up and running. Taking the time with plans and procedures to make sure actions and processes are prepared for business development with each and every customer & each and every product takes time, effort, energy, consideration, care, and business development with actions over time.

If a business doesn’t take care in it’s planning, processes and product development, process and product uses, plus process and product care there’s need to do more also. This could mean with work in time they can improve things as long as they are prepared to change and develop with time and with actions over time.  BUT if they begin business without taking the time to

  • TEST PRODUCTS in;
    • Test marketing;
    • Test uses;
    • Development tests;
    • Care efforts;
    • Communications with
      • customers we have & customers we could get;
      • business people in house & external;
      • development people in house & external; and
      • others also.
  • TEST METHODS including
    • Development processes & products;
    • Marketing options & actions;
    • Legal preparations, communications, and works;
    • Financial preparations, communications, allowances for mistakes & possible needs, and other works;
    • Customer work including our sharing BUT also including taking time to care to listen, learn, and grow with their comments the negative & the positive. Because no one learns to grow from being told you’re great unless we are also trying to find out what we need to improve on. It’s easier to learn to grow by being told this is not right, I hope  you will try OR do AND if you changed this and other comments that can be ‘negative’, but are actually valuable for the business if it takes time to hear the customers;
    • Communication work is “2/3rds hearing and 1/3rd speaking” Dr. Back, Alfred State College. But communication work is also taking the time to learn more with what is being heard, so it involves interactions and inviting comments so that we can hear more;
    • Product sharing work is always growing and developing. When products are similar to others they are often styled similarly because those options are what work well for the customers. If new products are being shared tests and trials mean customers impact future developments because they should influence what is shared and how it’s shared and over time this progresses and develops;
      • Uses with products- it may be products are developed for certain uses and certain purposes, but customers and their tests and trials can influence what users consider AND try with the products made available and how those are used. If the business is listening to it’s clients they could learn about this and thus it can offer other sharing options not previously considered. While this will mean further research & development it can advance sharing options also;
    • Uses with business should always be prepared for advancing and changing, that’s why research and development are so important as are the communications and interactions with customers.
  • ADDING
    • TIME TO ALLOW QUALITY TO BE LEARNED IN APPLICATIONS &
      • with TYPES of MATERIALS &
      • with TYPES OF MATERIAL &
    • TO MAKE SURE THIS IS CONTINUED OVER TIME,
  • can assist a business in avoiding failure. This is not a guarantee, but it’s a tool that can be of assistance.

For Any Business

For anyone who doesn’t consider the future with their actions of the present can be preparing for some sorts of failure. If mom & dad train their kids to be as they are how with their kids develop to be adults which are more than kids as they are?

Because of comments I made at Home Advisor sharing my information I’m adding my writing about MULTIPLE COMMENTS on A HOME ADVISOR PAGE THAT were made by me. This is in case anyone comes to this site because I made those comments. Often I do not share information about home work, but I’ve done research, have done painting, and have tried to make sure I learn how to do work before taking the time to do it.

After learning how to do work I try to make sure the actions I tried live well over time. So the application of plastic siding instead of paint likely have multiple variables that impact the coverage beyond the materials used. Because of some knowledge gained with time & work in exterior paint jobs as well as ideas from the comments on that Liquid Siding- Worth a Look? Home Advisor page, I’m adding that information here for reference.

Planning to do outside work is generally a normal consideration for homeowners around this time of year, being spring. The options for outside work depend, but property care is a constant endeavor, so there are often tasks that are shifted and varied depending on materials considered and costs factored with these considerations. Many individuals that don’t consider the future, are so short term in what is considered that they fail to calculate future care costs and values when considering options for the present. Money is generally the main cost consideration, but time, energy, effort, care needs, work efforts, problem costs from lack of care impact all of these decisions.

When calculation the costs and values in products and materials for work and for projects there are many options and many considerations. For instance with the Liquid Siding, what is the material is as important as how is the material applied and who does the application. That’s why I shared my comments on Home Advisor, because the liquid vinyl ‘paint’ material seems wonderful versus normal paint being that if applied correctly the care over time is tremendously reduced.

At times many people do not read the instructions, at times people that read the instruction do not follow the instructions correctly either so they end up with product problems.

For materials like paints the applications vary with the form of the product, spray paint versus applicator paints have various pros & cons with different application procedures & needs. Some application considerations include temperatures & humidity levels with applications.

Often products mention temperatures to be above OR between AND

  • this may not mean atmospheric temperatures, but SURFACE TEMPERATURES, humidity levels to be under.
    • Painters working in the correct atmosphere may still need to work on different surface locations with those correct conditions because of various surfaces and the needs with those.
      • Like applying paint on the south in the middle of the day IS BAD,
        • when the sun was out all day in the evening after the sun sets while the times are dry can be better.
        • OR in the morning if the night was dry and the humidity level was correct.]

Professional painters organize application times and patterns based on various application needs and processes with the materials, the surfaces, and the time needs with that work. Anyone trying to cut the application times, with how they do the work and when they do it are likely to cause future problems AND reduce the lifespan of the work values because of their actions.

For the Liquid Vinyl Siding, because the material is ‘newer’ the application methods aren’t as widely broadcast OR experimented with as are methods and actions with painting. Because of that businesses selling or sharing those products should have taken the time to develop good use processes. Sandi suffered because this wasn’t done when she used the product, she blamed the wood surface, but I’m sure there were multiple factors impacting that application AND the results being suffered by her and her family.

For Rhapsodie her suffering with Whoops Disease has been multiplied by doctors who assume a lot without taking the time to get outside of their own comfort zone in investigating issues Rhapsodie has mentioned. So Rhapsodie spent almost 24 hours gathering information and making a chart, so the doctors could have a scannable reference when she mentions water weight.

The adult human body water intake & output use image, at Quora.com page under Dr. Larson’s name was used to form the chart information with Rhapsodie’s information & variables included. The other details explaining that chart, more, are saved in upcoming additional blog pages, because this page will be big enough. I’m sorry about that, it’s just too much work right now to fix and modify a whole blog sharing when there are followers that keep returning to find out more details before they suffer inaccurately by bad doctoring.

For Rhapsodie the difference between her normal 140 and 193 pounds is 53 pounds that’s a gain in 22 days, but we never calculated

  • menstrual cycle releases, so that is more calculation to consider. Plus
  • sneezes,
  • coughs,
  • bouts of diarrhea,
  • frequent sinus draining, and
  • more.

Being that Rhapsodie has not been eating the calories she did before the disease for many years, and other research supports this, Rhapsodie seems to be starving in the United States looking like a woman from Africa who’s suffering a parasite problem also. With the swollen belly, skinny hands & feet, dark hollows around the eyes, cracking fingernails, dry skin, cracking lips, and more.

WHOOPS DISEASE, what is it?  Well it’s what I’ve named what is as yet a disease listed as unknown by the majority of medical society.  Nobody is looking for the symptoms and I got sick from being sneezed on.

I’ve been sick for the last 10 years, first from May or was it July 2008 and of course I’m aging too, we all are, but nothing is so abnormal as to seem wrong for anyone but me.

FEMALE CAUSE & SYMPTOMS:

  1. Inhaling someone else’s sneeze juice OR drinking the fuzzy pead on water in the TROPICS.
  2. Feeling not right within a couple of hours. Generally noticed within days or weeks.
  3. Congestion in the lungs, which generally begins at the start progressing into colds within the first 3 to 6 months that continue can, and for me Rhapsodie McClintick did turn into bronchitis or pneumonia symptoms within the first 1 TO 2 years and it continues… so it’s viewed as an allergy by doctors after the bronchial and pneumatic treatments failthen later they progress to treating you with asthma inhalers which only increase lung space for the parasites to gain fluid from blood out of,
    • the lung coughs come out crystal clear and dry to white flaky crud.
    • The only cold treatment that works is
      • GINGER for the INFLAMMATION
        • Cider vinegar & honey help it taste good, and the Cider vinegar and honey is GREAT for the ACID REFLUX.
      • CHAMOMILE TEA– DAILY for the SINUS CONGESTION
        • This does lead to Asthma diagnosis’ by doctors that don’t do full scale proper tests with proper equipment. Within the first 2 to 3 years.
        • BECAUSE IT IS NOT ASTHMA! THE DRUGS DO NOT WORK for more than making more lung space for the microscopic organisms that have invaded your lungs.
      • LICORICE ROOT– FOR lung DE-CONGESTION
        • The dose for uses is a lot less than packages recommend, but that’s healthier for users. I only use 10 drops of the Swanson’s Liquid Licorice Root extract when the packaging says 48 to 56 as a dose.
    • SNEEZES that start and grow and grow calm down and repeatedly for some years passing on more disease for others even the animals in your life.
      • The early sneezes result in crystallizing looks on the fluids that are expelled and dry on darker materials also, like with coughs in the earlier stages.
  4. Acid Re-flux begins, if you don’t already have it, about 2 to 3 years into the disease and it remains throughout. It will eat away your vocal system also. The acid re-flux is because your lungs absorb moisture while you sleep as well as while you’re awake. During sleep the ‘acid re-flux’ happens because your lungs are breathing in moisture from the stomach area, thus causing acid re-flux, so the treatment with a daily dose before bed of:
    • 2 tsp. CIDER VINEGAR &
    • 5 tsp. of real HONEY,
    • 1cup hot water, and
    • Aloe juice to cool the drink AND soothe the throat
      • These combined are a great ‘cheap’ and healthier help against acid re-flux.
      • My sore throats, resulting from untreated acid re-flux, because I didn’t recognize the symptoms of stinky mouth, sore throat, and other things.
      • Additionally the AND mouth dryness is not assisted by water, but by milk, so more liquid is drunk that’s not calorie free.
      • BADLY
        • The over the counter medications, are only for use for a limited time. AND
        • The ‘medicine’ treatment above enhances the potassium absorption in your system, SO
      • it’s better for you if you’re in danger of kidney disease OR want a continual treatment to avoid the ‘acid-re-flux drugs’ when you can use natural treatment right before when you brush your teeth.
        • This is done to keep the acid of the cider vinegar, less with the unpasteurized from eating at your teeth, because the brushing and rinsing of your mouth with water should minimize the effects of the acid, and doing it right before bed is the best for sleep time acid-re-flux problems.
  5. Bunions Begin around the same time after the acid re-flux starts.
    • My family doesn’t have bunions, and I do now, this may be true for everyone, but it really helps to avoid having surgery to remove the bunions when after the disease is treated properly they disappear.

  6. Higher sugars above 120 but below 130 have been found from Whoops disease:
    • Just recently the doctors have rearranged their diagnosis for Type 1 diabetes, but I still believe that anything, consistently, over 130 is unhealthy,
    • anything above 120 is slightly uncomfortable, it gets more so the higher the sugar is.
  7. Itchy skin that both males and females get from dry skin is very common. When the skin feels itchy DO NOT SCRATCH IT WITH YOUR NAILS or ANY OTHER SHARP OBJECT. Instead find a roughly textured cloth or use your fingers to rub away the itch.  This also works with bug bites, because it releases the area inflammation that generally adds to itchiness, but it doesn’t raise up more blood that will increase the inflammation in the healing processes.
    • There is an additional itch to worry about also with this disease.
      • Initially, about year 2 to 4, the bug feet on the skin itchies, with NO bugs were light and I rubbed those areas, but in 3 areas I scratched- the end of my nose and on my upper arms, until I rethought and stopped.
      • About the 7th or 8th year this has returned with a mass of rash on the body and in the places that did the scratching with the slightly itchy skin. These were in the exact same spots, but my life wasn’t tremendously worsened, because I avoided ripping my skin and digging for the itchies earlier.
        • I still feel little bug feet crawling on my body, but there’s nothing there so I rub the area &/OR leave it and they stop.
  8. The 2nd year of the Disease has 1 outrageously loud and angry yelling episode, this only happens once.
    • But the sneezing does not begin until after the singular yelling episode.
      • The sneezing gets harder as time progresses the deeper and more painful the more time the sneezes continue for.
    • The frequency of the sneezing increases, so that with some of us, it’s like we’re in a smoky room with no ventilation.
      • Sneeze sets that repeat frequently AND
      • are infectious to anyone breathing in any of our sneeze smear.
  9. My hands, fingernails & toe nails have altered
    • from how smooth they used to be, to being wrinkled rougher on top in a finger length type of wrinkle that runs down the nail from the cuticle to the tip of the finger nails.
    • My hands have aged weirdly they look older than my aunt’s who is 11 years older than I am.
    • Additionally there has been cuticle growth on my finger and toe nails that is larger and tougher than normal, sense since youth I’ve shoved my cuticles back I’ve continued to do so. Recently the cuticle stains remain on my fingers, …

    • .Recently, in 2018, year 10 for me there has been staining of the cuticle remains. I used a nail brush to scrub it clean tonight.
    • AND my pinky toes are losing the top layer of skin, it turns flaky white and I can scrape it off with my finger nails, I try to avoid it a lot. AND use of foot cream that’s a mix of a hydrating cream, glycerin, and aloe seems to help keep things from getting too tough on my legs.
    • Hangnails that rip down have come and gone, with treatment the superglue works really well.
    • The ripping & cracking fingernails,
      • The ripped nail edges are being treated with a nail file, because one is carried with me all of the time, my left hand nails are rip cracking the opposite of my right hand on the exact same fingers.
      • BUT my nails are acting super dry like my hair is, so having them break at the tips seems quite normal for how dry I’ve been.

    • Flat topped thumb nails and the one on my left hand has seemed to start cracking on my right hand the small ditch on my flat topped thumbnail seems to be getting worse here are some pictures from my thumbs today.

    • Hangnails also result– So use of super glue to seal those areas is best, generally that washes off in 6 to 12 hours, but the healed area may need re-treatment OR it may not.
  10. Dry Skin this has impacted many aspects of my body, that I feel more than others really see.
    • Hands wrinkled & dry– shared above.
    • Skin sloughing off my body with baths and showers.
      • Getting dandruff when I’ve never had it in my life.
        • Reduce this with super moisturizing shampoo & conditioner AND making sure to keep drinking; drinking; drinking.
        • It’s the worst right after the shower after my hair dries, without using a hair dryer, my head feels like I have a lot scraping to do to let my skin breathe and there’s a lot of flaking.
      • Baths & showers leave teaspoon measures of white skin in the catch cage before the shower drain.
        • I’ve always lost hair, but now the skin mixed with the hair makes the hair paste in the drain.
      • Vagina full of loose skin that feels & appears like a paste, AND it is super itchy because it’s moist and stopping air flow to the skin.
        • I use a douche, which I’ve modified from the original by adding a hole at the tip of the inserter. My mix, which works requires dual uses one right after the other to reduce leave behinds.
          • Adding a 1/ 2 with a water & Aloe Vera juice mixed at a ratio of 2/3 water to 1/3 Aloe juice. Doing the math for the individual amounts with the full mixture as a base means:
            • Water- 0.5 (as 1/ 2) ÷ (0.666) or 2/3rds= 0.333
            • Aloe Vera juice- 0.5 (as 1/ 2) ÷ (0.333) or 1/3rd= 0.1.667
          • With the cleansing agent of 1/2 of cider vinegar.
  11. The 3rd year began occasions where the body sweats like you’re swimming in water, for hours on end,
      • for one 24 hour period to a week I was so sweaty a dry cotton wash cloth sitting on my bare leg absorbed more than a squeezable amount of water.
      • There were multiple times since 2013 when I awoke with the bed soaked from my sweat, the mattress soaked so much that it was still damp the next day. AND
      • it happened just a couple of days ago, ‘death sweats’ I named them, because my lungs are so bad now I can barely breathe in the tub OR in trying to sleep.

#11- About Government & Regulation vs. LOVE & Freedom

The “U.S. Constitution has been shared in some slight degree with the recent posts here, but so have contentions about the government and how it’s regulations diverge from the “Constitution”.  Because of this please remember that the theme of that document defines the purpose of the regulations in that document:

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote [get behind, boost, not make] the general welfare, and secure [fortify, preserve, assure, (Webster’s New World Thesaurus, 1990)]] the blessings of liberty [the rights supposedly natural to man- freedom; independence; power of choice, (Webster’s New World Thesaurus, 1990)] to ourselves and our posterity [our children’s future, our descendant’s future, (Webster’s New World Thesaurus, 1990)], do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

A document prepared by men of faith, that to a degree professed a belief in God’s hand in this government and who worked, in Rhapsodie’s opinion towards LOVE.  There are multiple comments shared with the statements of previous posts, but it’s always important to remember and connect the theme of the “U. S. Constitution to the articles & sections of the “U.S. Constitution” with interpretations of it.

Take for example how the Commerce Clause interpretation, from the Constitutional definition, has affected freedom and LOVE while increasing the power of the dollar and the government.  The clause is constitutionalized under stare decisis because the Supreme Court made this judgement in interpretation, in 1832 the federal government is now empowered to control all commerce in the United States, unless they determine that there is an unsubstantial effect to interstate commerce with a business.

Rhapsodie has read multiple legal cases that cause her to see this as bad, not good for the free people in the United States. “In 1942, for example, the Supreme Court held that wheat production by an individual farmer intended wholly for consumption on his own farm was subject to federal regulation.” (Clarkson, 2012) How would an individual’s consumption of wheat raised on his own land, in his own state for eating by his own family cause ANY problem with interstate trade? Oh, maybe it would mean he wouldn’t buy wheat from another state, but he could buy wheat from his own state anyway, so this interpretation has led to federal regulation, not freedom for the people.

While the commerce clause interpretation could have legitimate value and purpose, the 175, size 6 font, double column, text book sized, pages of the U.C.C. (Uniform Commercial Code) is just a section of the law used to control people by business in the United States and this controlling effects the Native American peoples also. It’s not based on freedom and lLOVE it’s based on control and maximization of money in controlling. The blessings of liberty are actually minimized with these laws; the general welfare of the public is diminished by capturing souls in the cost of life with national healthcare and its minimization of the people’s control of their own lives.

This short dissertation shows how the actions that don’t demonstrate LOVE can fail, and since “LOVE never fails” there’s a need to make sure all regulations and control systems are done with a base of LOVE instead of Selfish Pride. The theme for the whole “United States Constitution shows that these shared aspects of control are unconstitutional and ungodly, at least in accord with Rhapsodie’s interpretations. But her sharing here is only based on a limited examination of the history of the United States and the definitions of this country. #10- About Government & Regulation vs. LOVE & Freedom

On her opinion that neither the Executive Branch, the president of the U.S., or the Legislative branch would have any rights in altering the laws of a people viewed as individual nations. They also shouldn’t have any right to diminish freedom of all because of the fear of a few. There may have been alterations to the regulations or laws in accord with the Native American’s, but they aren’t Constitutional amendments.  There are also more present discrepancies, with regards to present law and regulations in the United States versus Constitutional definitions. Let’s start with defining property, isn’t it possession that is not another’s?

Land, money, furniture any property can be undermined by diminished wealth, if the value of the money I make at work is minimized by the government, because of National Health Care, then why should I work for any extra? If I pay for everyone else’s health care with the work I do, why should I work at all? If the freedom I was promised from the property and prosperity I gain is given to others why should I continue to care about life or other’s lives? Versus the Puritan work ethic, which endures in the North East of the United States, and in Rhapsodie’s opinion, which empowers a person who works to the value of the work done, the money gained growing freedom’s power with the knowledge of the value shared with the world versus the government regulations have taken the empowerment away from the people.

  • Article II, section 3 [The President, of the United States,] shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the state of the union, and recommend [give advice in regards] to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; . . .
  • Article II, section 9 The migration or importation of such persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited [there is no approval mentioned] by the Congress prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight [1808], but a tax or duty may be imposed on such importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each person. . . {No capitation, or other direct, tax shall be laid, unless in proportion to the census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken.}5
  • Article II, section 8 The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States [the nation, not the individualized people]; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform [as in the SAME] throughout the United States; . . . To establish a uniform [the SAME] rule of naturalization . . .
  • Article II, section 6 The Senators and Representatives shall receive a . . . compensation for their services, to be ascertained by law, and paid out of the treasury of the United States.
  • Article I, section 8 The Congress shall have Power . . . To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers, [shared in section 8 ONLY] and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.

  • Article I, section 8 To regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian tribes;” which was in 1824 interpreted, by the Supreme Court with a controlling and freedom diminishing definition. “The Court ruled that commerce within the states could also be regulated by national government as long as commerce substantially affected commerce involving more than one state.” (Clarkson, 2012)
