Me and my speech.

Trademark Trouble with Pinterest?

Sorry for the hassles, but having trouble with Pinterest as RM4avaddohn or as Author Ava D Dohn, which I’m not.  “The teddybear, in and of itself was originally trademarked by Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt, the 26th president of the United States, is the person responsible for giving the teddy bear his name. . . The Washington Post ran a editorial cartoon created by the political cartoonist Clifford K. Berryman that illustrated the event. The cartoon was called “Drawing the Line in Mississippi” and depicted both state line dispute and the bear hunt.”

My assumption is that the trademark I’ve added to pictures is in contention.  But so far there’ve  been no personal messages to me.  So that the contentions can be laid to rest I will post my trademark here for all to view.

The large version is the same as the web versions to a larger extent.

There are also the small linked in versions used for my pictures.

So these are the pictures I use, many with posts for author Ava D. Dohn.

They have my personalized initials added to differentiate them from other symbols used online for trademarking.  And hopefully this will allow me to use my pictures again on Pinterest.

Sincerely,

Rhapsodie McClintick– sometimes artist
